CHRISTKINDLMARKT, a holiday gift market, opens at 2 p.m. at the German American Club on Pine Island Road and continues through Dec. 15. It’s BIG and FREE. Hand-crafted gifts include everything from toys and jewelry to Stollen and gingerbread. Gorge authentic German and other international, traditional Christmas food and drink while enjoying caroling by the Hafenkapelle. Santa Claus, old Saint Nick, Holiday Express Train, and games for the children, too. 2-9 p.m. Dec.14; 1-8 p.m. Dec. 15 in Barvarian Gardens, German American Social Club, 2101 SW Pine Island Road.
